Filament supply is probably derived from the secondary of the flyback. Trace it back from the CRT boards. Look closely at the metal grommets around the pins of the flyback , they can crack and separate from the PC board. ========================== Jeff Stielau Shoreline Electronics Repair 344 East Main Street Clinton,CT 06413 860-399-1861 860-664-3535 (fax) jstielau@xxxxxxxx ======================== "If you push something hard enough it will fall over." Set has HV to the CRTs but no Filaments. Checked R3243 it's good @ 110K ohms. Resoldered board that stands upright. If I take out the anode lead from the flyback I still have no filaments. At this point I'd like to just send the board out for repair but do not know what board can cause this. Is it the sweep/HV board or can the HV block be bad even though I have HV to the CRTs.Thanks for all the past help.
