Filament supply is probably derived from the secondary of the flyback.

Trace it back from the CRT boards.

Look closely at the metal grommets around the pins of the flyback , they can
crack and separate from the PC board.

it's good @ 110K ohms. Resoldered board that stands upright. If I take out
the anode lead from the flyback I still have no filaments. At this point I'd
like to just send the board out for repair but do not know what board can
cause this. Is it the sweep/HV board or can the HV block be bad even though
