along with just college teams
how abt putting mentors (like in GSoC)
a guy who coordinates with the team
individual responsible for the activities of a team (college or mixed groups
etc)
thus getting competing teams
working together to a goal
except now they have to be active than others groups etc per say
now i think the situation is that there is an active core team
and they go and organize things everywhere
but i think this problem can be reduced from its current situation of
difficulties
since rite now, a few people do a lot of work ;-)
it would be more personal and thus better teamwork
its just a thought
