Hi Georges,

I guess you mean a voltage meter with "AVM" , yes I did that in the past,
have the figures at home, the problem is that I do not know the limits set by
Bronica. I mailed Tamron, USA, but they did not respond.

But your sad experience with the FE2 makes me verry cautious with older flash
equipment..

Well my flash gun gave above a hundred volts ... This may explain the sudden
death of the Nikon.
Have you considered a phone call of the Tamron service department in Holland ?
They will have the information at hand, knowing the exact circuitry in the
RF645...

You better call CAmtech in Boskoop. They do all the repair work for Transcontinenta including Bronica and Metz. I have good experiences with them on anything electronic. For mechanical repairs I go to Will van Maanen in Zoetermeer.
