Craig, please, no banalities. The point of the 2017 NPRM was to extend the 
coverage of these "translators" to more than the coverage of the AM station in 
daytime, from that one FM tower. This is no low-power translator. You still 
aren't getting this point, after so many attempts. You still come back with 
"low powered." Show me anything in the NPRM that says "low powered."

Sorry, unlike HD Radio, there are tens of millions of people who listen
to AM radio every week.

The FCC will tell them to use FM instead. These people switch their radio to 
FM. Done. Big whoop. The AM band becomes worthless. How many radios are only AM 
anymore, Craig? This is not 1950 anymore.
