Or 24p, let's not forget.

Dropping that 1 on 1000 frames is not necessary anymore, I don't think, unless 
your digital STB is connected to an old TV set via the RF NTSC signal on Ch 3 
or 4? Otherwise, in principle, transmissions could be exactly 60, 30, or 24 fps.
