[mso] Re: Word 2000 fail

Thanks for your quick reply Linda.
I went to the Run for winword etc.but nothing happened.I then found the
Startup folder looked inside but it was empty.I went to templates and found
2  files;Normal opened the word and it shut immediately and ~$Normal had a
file convesion box in unicode(UTF-8) which I didn't know what to do with (me
just being an ignorant parent and the kids have now gone to school).The Word
2000 disk still won't load.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.Thanks.Bob.
