BINGO!!! That's the antivirus software. They keep files on the drive with a weird extension like .nai or something like that. Sorry I'm brain dead and can't come up with the details right now. But find the extension of those files...delete them and you'll have access again...and then set the antivirus so it won't lock files out like this...I've seen this one a ton of times!
