So far you've only been talking about yourself. Do you have any other
subjects you're interested in?

Sir,

I am sorry to say that you sound hopelessly naive about our world. Your
allusions to the hoi polloi, Andy and Geary are odd to me and your wise guy
attitude is strange. I am trying with some humor to put aside identity mazes
and just have some intelligent conversation and a bit of fun. When I first
signed on I found the response to my posts welcoming and intelligent, but
this chatter from you gives me pause.

What sort of explanation is this?

Let's have suggestions from the hoi polloi as to what employment would
require that one "cannot" divulge their identity to a list voluntarily
joined.

Or, if we are feeling adventurous, let's decide who/what Jack Spratt is.
The easiest answer is that Spratt is another incarnation of the ongoing
Irene/Amago psycho-drama. Will we see Andirene arguing with itself? A
variation on this theme is that we have another Andirene, playing
'Secret Agent Jack Spratt, Super Spy'. Or is it Geary working out a
character issue from his almost-finished novel? If we are going to be
playing with pseudonyms, shouldn't the list participants have a part?
If the pseudonym 'Jack Spratt' is for the list, than we might have some
fun with the character.

Sincerely,
