If FS would go back to the public beta system, where end-users had a say 
in the program they shell out the money for, a lot of these issues would 
be non-issues. In my mind the biggest detrement to JAWS itself, and it's 
this fact that makes it relevant to the list, is the fact that public 
betas seem to have been abandoned, and you have to have to be very 
influential to become a private beta tester. JAWS suffers because those 
who make it isolate themselves.
