Are there any other XP users bothered by constant reminders that your firewall is turned off? I can verify that my firewall is on. I'm told to click the balloon to fix this problem--lotsa luck. By the time JFW reads it, the balloon has disappeared, or is about to. You'd have to have the fastest mouse in the west to click this thing, while the clicking's good--and that presumes you know where to find it. How can I convince this fool system that its firewall is indeed on? If you wish, you can reply off list to tlisle@xxxxxxxx, as I realize this one is marginal, at best.
