I've got this DAW called Windows XP.
As I said, the Windows MIDI API strips running-status *before* passing the
data to my application.
..Or any Windows application, including Rons, AFAIK.
Sorry, I was asking for other than the OS, and specific examples of
what the apps do to the bytes.
