Sorry about the last response...didn't notice that was your host...
Anyway..your AP0451 doesn't have a valid NSAP address should be I00001 not
000001...This is where we were pointed a couple of days back...where a 51
box can lose it's configuration parameters.
You need to look on the host in /usr/fox/exten/config
Look at loadable.cfg
Also look at swi_pars.cfg
The mac and nsap are in there

I think we're getting somewhere, but I don't understand how the problem
occurred or how to fix it.
Here is what the file /usr/fox/sysmgr/softmgr/smon_errs contains after
trying to boot the CP twice.

- Wrong Node)

And here are the results from fist

I'm reviewing the notes that Tom V. and Angel C. sent. But if the solution
is now obvious to you, it's certainly not to me.
