From the Help file: To use TransRTF from the command line !TransRTF must have been seen by the filer. Then simply use the following syntax: TransRTF:!Convert <input-file> <output-file> and a DDL file should be produced. This is not the recommended way of converting Rich Text files but can be useful to see what is being put into the output file. I initially typed the output file as RTF, but correctly typing it as a DDL file doesn't make it work any better, I'm afraid, and I wouldn't know how to import that file into a Windows program. I suspect I'm doing something wrong somewhere. With best wishes, Peter. -- Peter \ / zfc Hf \ Prestbury, Cheltenham, Glos.
