Yes...

Print key
Select picture frame
Ctrl+V

The jest being that the Print key copies the screen to the clipboard as
a .bmp file.


Surely that should be Alt-Print key. Then you only grab the current window
and not the whole screen. Much better :-) you only have to trim off the
window furniture

Alt-PrintScreen on a standard Windows keyboard, I guess.
