Well, then maybe he should be the one Canadian that starts doing something about starting a Canadian version of Bookshare. Instead of complaining he ought to do something about it. I bet if he gave it a shot he might be surprised how many people might be willing to pitch in and help. He is on quite a few mailinglists.
