Hi Bruce and list:

I couldn't agree more. My position here is the same. I've spoken to those who do have power about this. Their comments suggest they would agree with this but are unable to do anything but agree with anything that makes so much sense. Perhaps they are agreeing in the spirit of good customer service, where the customer is always right, but I believe they do empathise as well. Nevertheless, the results are the same.

I couldn't say. I have no status in any circles, let alone power. But I
would suggest that colaboration is always better than duplication.
