I haven't had a chance to go to Amazon. It is not listed yet in the U.S.
copyright office. Right now the book is mainly sold through his web site
from what I can tell. I will go looking further.

One other observation: Gustavo appears uncomfortable when the copyright
holder isn't the author.
These seem to bring about many of the copyright questioning.
