Hi Eric,
if you are using one of the commands on the align to sub menu which is on the
tracks menu, then only the selected tracks should move.
One exception to this is if the Sync-Lock Tracks option on the tracks menu is
checked. If this is the case then if one or more tracks are selected, then all
the tracks will move.

Subject: [audacity4blind] A Timing Problem
This has probably been answered before, but I couldn't find the
solution in an Audacity wiki or any of the forums, so I hope to find
one here.
I have the latest version, 2.03 I think it is. Anyway, my problem is
that my tracks are automatically aligned and shift in the same time
for both when I try adjusting. I've tried deselecting tracks and
switching the times on those, but with no success. So does anyone know
how I can change time on an individual track without effecting any
others?
