Sewn on satin with medium weight backing and both of the following examples were sewn out at about 900spm. Lettering is 1.5" tall and at 80% width. The bottom of the "g" in Oregon is sewn bottom up, then it goes to the top and sews top down. The columns aren't matching up. The same thing happens with the "k" in Look. Ran the test design (all one thread color, sorry) and the diamond, which I believe is supposed to basically stitch on top of itself, is off on two of the sides. Where do I begin to solve this problem?
