OK, here's what I did so far ...
1. Both arms were screwed down tight.
2. I always use adhesive spray to hold the satin and it's hooped tight.
3. I've added a zigzag underlay at 70% and 15 points.
4. Changed density from 4 to 3.8.
This is the result ... better but not quite perfect. There seems to be a fairly
consistent problem about 1/4" up from the bottom of most letters.
