I guess I forgot to mention that the AMPASS design was sewn on broadcloth with
1 layer of medium weight cut away backing and I used adhesive spray to secure
the backing to the broadcloth. I try to always hoop tight enough (hopefully not
too tight) so that shouldn't be a issue. I also secured the backing to the
satin with adhesive spray as well.
Secondly, there is a gap in some of the columns but the columns also don't line
up. Could this be an X cable tension issue and does the gap in the column mean
a Y issue or will one "usually" fix the other?
