OK ... I took everyone's advice and finally decided to have the closest tech
(110 miles away) to come out and take a look at what was going on and fix the
machine. Today marks the 3rd, yes 3rd appointment that he has canceled in
almost 2 weeks! I cannot explain how disappointed I am that he's so
irresponsible that he can't even keep his appointments.
Today, he was actually IN town for a Melco show this weekend and STILL called
to cancel.
This is just ridiculous!
