Mine had a similar story. The PSU had to be swapped within the first
~2 weeks (I did it myself), then it worked OK for a while, then the
pyjamas came later.
Under those circumstances, you can understand that Castle shipped the
machine out as OK. They wouldn't have seen either problem.
