We have had the same problem since we started using the new Amaya OS We have 4 machines all running as single heads one machine seems more susceptible than the others. and it is really intermittent. The only sure fire way that has worked for us is shutting down Amaya OS and reboot it. I don't have to reboot the computer just the OS we have also switched off the Amaya head (power switch in back) and it will reset itself but not every time. I too would like to find out how to stop the old design from reloading every time the OS is started, it creates way more problems than it helps, at least in our situation. Keep us posted if you come up with other solutions. Ron Vinyard Owner / Graphic Designer Body Cover / Magic Stitches 420 S.W.
