[amayausers] Help!

We have two Amayas and we turned them on this morning and set them to Flex 
Cluster.  We loaded the design with 'All Machines" checked and our #1 machine 
moved to needle 3 and the laser light came on and it locked up.  The error 
message we get in the Cluster listing under Head 1 was 'Unable to set Home'.  
We tried rebooting the computer 3 times and starting over numerous times.  
Nothing worked.  We cannot operate Head #2 by itself.  Right now we have them 
both on but didn't load the design to Head 1, and Head 2 is working perfect.
Both machines were working fine on Friday when we left.  Any ideas on what to 
try, before I call Melco for help?
