Feces eating is usually a kennel behavior to elivate boredom, is kind of 
like humans picking their nose, biting toe nails and fingernails and the 
like.

It is a comforting thing so they keep doing it.

He started this at school.
I am sure it isn't a food problem.
We have switched foods since we have been home.
He didn't do this while out this weekend.
