The "uninformed" do not understand what we Judges understand. Thus the
beauty of exhibiting under a Specialty Judge and especially a
breeder-judge. Youngster are just that, youngsters. Teeth are no fun to
show the judge, and often inexperienced dogs will back up, young males
going through puberty suddenly like their testicles and don't want them
touched. Breeder-judges know to judge young dogs on the APPROACH and the
lack of fear in their eyes, but not if the dogs sit down with teeth or
testicles. Always consider the source when
listening to anything..............Long time breeders and judges have
earned their
credentials.
