*IMO, there is no way the Breeders Cole would be able to enforce restrictions. The AKC is a major part of the pure bred dog. Without an AKC registration, we don't have much. The Breeders Code is a voluntary program, and signers are more or less on the honor system. You know how much honor means to some people, don't you?
