I think fog was an issue for me w/Agfa as well, some
time ago.  Foggy memory too.
Forte Warmtone in Ansco 115 (I've not compared
w/Dektol, etc) is soft hence the earlier thread
re:boosting 115's contrast.  I did some limited
printing w/ this combo the other day and adding
carbonate to 115 did not adversely affect the warmth
although I did not do a before and after comparison. 
No filter worked out fine for a couple images I needed
to print.  Typically I'm using 3.5 for most images
w/out the added carbonate.  (5 gms to 1/2 liter stock)
