Yes, nothing I hadn't heard of. It's a fake version of Windows XP the
Chinese government uses to save money. (The WTO apparently doesn't
want them to pirate Windows.) If you think it's a threat, I present
this screenshot:

Looks strangely familiar. I had assumed the goal here was to make
something superior to Windows.
