I've seen/played with the 5th gen box. Before: 2-3 channels, impossible
to see all channels (repositioning the yagi would give me one half or
the other). And the ones that did come in would break up. See I am 50+
miles from the transmitters, behind a 75ft slope, and my yagi is mounted
12ft high pointing over the neighbor's swimming pool. After - all
channels rock solid, no tweaking necessary, no antenna aiming ('I think
its pointing in the general direction'). Put a sock in it.
