A difference without distinction. Both stats are used, in cases such as this.
Either way, 10s of millions of homes use OTA TV, and more 10s of millions of
people, by extension. The correlation with poverty is hardly total. As I said,
even people who make low incomes, and share apartments or houses, use MVPDs and

There's no way that a two, or even four tower SFN, can create sharp boundaries,
while covering a typical major market area. Plus, suburbs have to allow for
coverage by both adjacent market broadcasters, if we are going to insist on
"localism."

Plus, even now, things as they are with big sticks, the FCC assigns the SAME
frequencies to a full power station in one market, and a low power station in
the adjacent market. You cannot do much better than that, with a practical SFN.
Sorry, Craig, you are as wrong on this as you have always been.

And the contour becomes significantly less sharp. Again, look at real world SFN
deployments. Don't just make this stuff up. In practice, frequency reuse does
not change, because no FOTA service cannot afford that dense mesh that you are
basing your vague notions on.

CDNs, and other Internet content providers that operate their own
content delivery networks (Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google, etc.),
may contract with ISPs to co-host edge servers.

And, as more and more people use Internet TV, the TV networks can do likewise.
And perhaps can enlist the services of their reinvented affiliated stations,
for this purpose. Thank you Craig.
