I guess I'd just point out the FCC has just stated the stations do not 
have to duplicate the NTSC coverage and yet the FCC has not taken away 
the permission to so brand.

You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the OpenDTV list in two ways:

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at 
FreeLists.org 

- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word 
unsubscribe in the subject line.
