IIRC, 1997, 1999 and 2002.  Kinda big news in Northern Mexico when it
happens - Mexican pride over the making of the cars, and workers striking
for more money.  The fact that striking during a contract period puts labor
leaders in jail in Mexico doesn't get reported, nor enforced.
