Okay, stupid question... What are "Tiles"?  I'm sure, as in 100%, that
my wife does not know of, or use tiles. So any solution that uses them
is OUT.
It is imperative the UI on my wife's computer does NOT change.  The
change to Windows 7 was very frustrating for her. Things like changing
her browser are very problematic, and just can't happen. This has me
really concerned, as I'm sure I will not be able to prevent this OS
being forced on us.

I am 60% done reloading all 180+ of my users with Wondows 10. Been
working on it since July. It's a no-brainer. Twice as fast and
reliable as anything that came before.
