Paul, thanks for pointing me in that direction. However, the quote that is attributed to me below is not actually mine. [I think that is my greatest beef about editing quoted material in replies]. Still, I prefer receiving emails. The rest is too much work and while possible, requires a level of alertness and access I do not always have! Even with notifications, I still need to "go to" the site to read what is there. My original suggestion related to researching other ways to host a group with the intention of using a format similar to the current method. I recognize some have gotten very excited about forums and related matters. This would not work for me. I belong to FullCircleLondon [formerly FreeCycle] on Yahoo where I receive emails relating to items people wish to donate/receive.
