I don't think they are intentionally making things difficult. They
provide this product to dozens of other offices and are providing the
most commonly requested options and features. It just happens that we
want to do a few things outside the norm and that's what's causing the
problem. For a fee, of course, they'll create just about anything we
want. I'm sure what I need is possible with an IF of some sort, I just
don't know how to write it. I tried the Help files but they were no
help. I personally can get the data another way and manipulate however I
like but that defeats the objective of having a simple process for those
not necessarily adept at this kind of thing. Mostly the system works
well enough though so no major complaints. However, situations like this
are MOST annoying. Thanks for trying to help. /g

restrictive conditions so I can't imagine how this operates. All I can
suggest is that you ask them to create a filter on the original
worksheet to provide you with access to the records that you need.
