The only way we can get access to the data file is when we begin hosting
the data ourselves. That may happen in about 2 years. In the meantime,
we're stuck with what they offer. Thanks for trying. /g

Ahhh...that explains it....what you were saying was you had no access to
change the Excel file...now you are telling us that you have no access
to change the Word merge file, so that would make a difference.
