Note that there ARE ways to work on the network from home. You just need
the right software and permissions. You might want to check this out
more in some Windows and/or networking group.

yes ok thank you much I'll pass this info on.
I believe the person in charge of the network....mm doesn't really know
much about it. I think the most experienced person in the office
computer wise is me and tho I can find/fix many problems...i'm not
physically there. I work from home so there is no way for me to reach

Exchange Server is a a groupware approach to email. Instead of you all
connecting with Outlook and storing the messages on your own computers,
everyone has their own mail box on the Exchange Server and they connect
to that instead. Sounds like that's what you're doing already. Sharing a
Calendar in that environment involves your mail system administrator. If
that person is not willing to help then you may need to look at the Net
Folders option.

Did you see the information at the bottom of my first message on how to
use Net Folders to share a calendar?
