Exchange Server is a a groupware approach to email. Instead of you all
connecting with Outlook and storing the messages on your own computers,
everyone has their own mail box on the Exchange Server and they connect
to that instead. Sounds like that's what you're doing already. Sharing a
Calendar in that environment involves your mail system administrator. If
that person is not willing to help then you may need to look at the Net
Folders option.

Did you see the information at the bottom of my first message on how to
use Net Folders to share a calendar?
