If you want one person to keep an office calendar that is viewable by
everyone in an Exchange Server environment, you need to use permissions. The
keeper of the calendar would right click on the calendar in the folder list,
click on Properties, then click on the Permissions tab. Click Add, the
select each person you want to be able to view the calendar, and add them.
The default role for each person you add is None. Change that to Reviewer,
and they can see the calendar, but cannot add, change, or delete items.

To view the calendar from another computer, click File>Open>Other user's
folder.Select the name of the person keeping the calendar, and select
Calendar as the folder to open. The calendar will then open in a window on
your PC. It works great. You can do this with any standard Outlook folder,
not just the calendar.

Another way to accomplish the same thing is to create a Public Folder and
put a calendar in it. You can then give everyone in the office "Reviewer"
access to the public folder so they can see the calendar by opening the
Public Folder. Here again, you can put whatever type of folder you want in
Public Folders to share calendar, tasks, contacts, etc. This is a great
place to keep the company mailing list that everyone shares, so one person
can keep it up-to-date and everyone else is sure to be using the most
current list.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
