[mso] Microsoft outlook 2000

On our work computers we are using Microsoft Outlook 2000 9.0.0.2711
How do we share an office calendar or schedule for all to see. We would
like to have one person in charge of the calendar but have it viewable to
everyone.
Is this possible and how? The comptuers are all networked
