Linda-
I'm glad you asked.
Using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (available only if Microsoft Exchange
Server is being used) you can access the Exchange Server remotely to check
your e-mail using a "virtual Outlook window" in Internet Explorer. You can
send and receive e-mail, add and delete contacts, add and delete calendar
entries, use the "Out of Office Assistant", view Public Folders, and use the
Find function. You cannot view the deleted items folder or set inbox rules.
I have done this from the computer at a public library just to test it and
it works great.

Ok Parker....this is a new one for me....how can someone add stuff to an
Outlook calendar if they don't have Outlook installed?

I'd really like to know this

Lexi-
If you plan to share the calendar using Outlook Web Access from home,
you do
not need Outlook, only Internet Explorer.
