HA! NO WAY! True, you have to use your brains, but I'll bounce any junk
I didn't ask for! Yes, I DO see the occasional list member from here and
other lists registered as blacklisted. But as I said, I use my brains
and remove them from it on my end. So only the TRUE spammers get nailed.

I brought this up on the Opera list, and got my butt toasted. The
email addresses on the spam are usually not valid or someone else's. It
seems quite a few people have been the victim of this, not only are they
getting angry emails to stop spamming, but they also get all the bounces
too. One guy said it was so bad that his server about crashed.
So say no to bouncing them.
