If you should ever check out your government's publications Al, you will see
that they have been working on a bomb to do exactly that for some time - a
huge burst of electro magnetic energy that will fry everything electronic
that is within range. I could be wrong but I believe it is still limited to
line of sight, so it will be a high level air burst. This does mean that it
is still suitable for use round the other side of the world though.
