[macvoiceover] Re: iPhone dictation limit

Sometimes it's a network or a server issue. Maybe even an iPhone issue, where 
you would reboot the phone and things to get back to normal. If not it's 
usually the cell phone network, or maybe even Apple servers. It's very random 
and no one has a real answer
