BFS would delegate the indexing and querying to another application upon creation/deletion/update of an appropriate node which is analagous to how full-text indexing works in a database. This is what I mean by *relatively* easy.
OTOH if someone wishes to implement their own lexical analyser then I agree it would very complicated and arduous.
