Let's do it differently: for languages that don't have a maintainer we
will put the translations in Pootle, but they will not be exported to
trunk (nor during the Saturday updates). Would that be better?

So to wrap up: deadline for all translations moving is February 5,
unless a maintainer speaks up. Their deadline for verifying current
translations can then moved to February 19 (if necessary), and their
translations are kept up to date in trunk.
