For outsiders reading this, we as a community don't do this often.
Over the existence of Haiku (18 years), this action has only been taken
once before. We are generally slow to react to situations like this, and
value an open community around Haiku (including opinions, criticism,
and conflict) since we believe it makes us stronger. In this instance,
our team of core developers has taken notice of a continued disturbance
involving personal attacks and have voted as a group towards this outcome.
Let's try move on from here in a positive light. If you encounter Barrett,
please be polite and above all the drama.
