Well clare today had my minced beef hot pot and jacket potato yummy
got kit kat in fridge now as bob on landing gave it to me nice of him he is
going to spain on friday
I am not ging to art group this week clare
carer has me
Monday,Tuesday and thursday
got hot pot lunch in methodist church so looking forward to that now
art group will have to go a miss for couple of weeks

I have my flu jab on 15th of October which is a saturday
